Before the first call

Common questions, clear answers.

01Do you handle residential and commercial projects?

Yes. Our current work includes substantial residential remodeling and new construction, commercial interiors and tenant improvements, production spaces, and custom architectural details coordinated within general-building projects.

02What areas do you serve?

Our local focus is Torrance, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Cypress, the South Bay, and Orange County. Other California locations can be reviewed based on scope and scheduling. Work outside California requires a separate project and licensing review.

03What should I have ready for the first call?

The project city, a short description, photos or plans if available, desired timing, and a realistic budget range are helpful. Early ideas are welcome too.

04Can you work with my architect or designer?

Yes. We can coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, vendors, and other project specialists required by the approved scope.

05Do you help before construction starts?

Yes. Preconstruction can include review of drawings, existing conditions, materials, sequencing, fabrication needs, access, and likely project constraints.

06How much will my project cost?

Useful pricing requires a defined scope and an understanding of site conditions, materials, systems, and finish level. The first call helps determine what is needed for a meaningful proposal.
